I do want to clarify that this was a free giveaway, not a purchased order. I was never contacted about any issue, so I wasn’t given the opportunity to investigate or make it right. Every giveaway I send includes a full-size face mask and either a lip or eye mask, individually sealed before being packaged. I take pride in every order and giveaway I send and would never intentionally mail an empty envelope. Had you reached out, I would have happily sent a replacement. I love this girl everything is perfect and wonderful and she takes good care of her customers thank you love for everything Excellent product + very nice packaging! A pleasant surprise 💕
