The item was not sealed as it was advertised and came with none of the inclusions. It also arrived with dirt on the front of the album. Please in the future make sure if an album isn’t in the original plastic wrapping to put it down as unsealed or used. Shipping time was really fast. Loved everything! They provide the best customer service, and resolve the issue in a timely and respectful manner. They even offered to provide me something for free just for the inconvenience! It took over two weeks to get the replacement products, but overall I will rate of 10 STAR ⭐️ if I could. They apologized swiftly an articulated that they were new streamers! , But from my experience, they are really really really really good at what they do!! I’d shop with them 10 times over!
