To be short, I believe the seller to be a good guy, but needs to practice better communication.
I spent a total of $885.91 (2 cards - both near mint) on 09/16/2025 and received the package 3 days later.
Upon inspection immediately after arrival, I noticed that the most expensive card had a subpar condition, the hand signature was tainted and smeared across the card.
I sent a message and received a response by the seller on the same day with a proposal to resolve the situation.
Five business days went by with minimal responses from the seller.
Unfortunately, I had to involve WhatNot Customer Service immediately because there was a statute of limitations per Whatnot Buyer Protection Policy.
Whatnot provided a viable solution in less than 24 hours and the situation is now resolved.
Again, I don't think this seller is a bad person, I think he is truly a collector at heart and desires to resolve issues, but just poor at communication at this time. took awhile to come but that's USPS fault Slabs are in nice condition would buy from again!
