Disappointing Dumbo is super cute.Thanks for taking the time to review, however as per our conversation and proof in your video receipt the item was working both lights and sounds and therefore my accuracy was not a 1*. I'm not sure what happened in the short time it took being shipped to you and why it no longer works for you but apologise it is not what you expected. SO AMAZING!
