Loved everything, ad shown on live but better To expand on my previous review: I gave it over a month with the new staff before making these reviews. I wish I had a way of reaching out to the owners, as opposed to reviews, but I can’t trust the messages would make it to the owners. There needs to be some sort of measurement in place because watching someone buy 60 single clip ons for $40 and the next night 20 are ran for $350? And a single for $6? It just makes zero sense. I am in a group chat with some of the bead buyers on WN, and this is becoming a frequent topic.. long time repeat customers are not returning. The fun nighttime show has drastically become one of the ultra loud, middle of the night, scammy infomercials you desperately search for the remote to turn off. There is little to no knowledge on the product itself, portion sizes are incredibly inconsistent and the vibes are just not good anymore. I hope it changes soon.. bc this used to be a great show I used to buy daily until staff changes.

There was 1 night someone requested clasps
& the host kept saying she had them.. after an hour she eventually threw 3 clasps on the table and ran it for $6 . The customer service has declined. Today, she was running 2 lbs for $85. I said i thought it was 10 lbs for $100 and she rudely said that has never happened. I have purchased over 60 lbs @ that. Just 2 weeks ago I purchased 10 lbs. while they used to have decent deals, that is no longer the case. Shipping is fast. These are pretty good.
