The shipping was poorly packaged, and as a result, my cards were damaged in transit. When I reached out, I was told to take it up with Whatnot or USPS, and that you only protect high-value cards. There are smaller sellers using cardboard or products like Ding Defend that do a better job protecting cards. If someone is spending their hard-earned money with you, every product you ship should be protected, regardless of value. I’ve done business with you for years, but this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere. It appears your growth and success has exposed real failures in your shipping process and customer service, and you’ll keep losing customers until that changes Amazing!!! Thank you so so much!!!
