Used - like new. Bought sealed, opened, and assembled by me. Everything works as intended. Will ship partially disassembled with box and instructions. The LEGO Technic Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey set was cancelled in July 2020, just before its August 1st release. This was due to Lego's long-standing policy of not creating sets that feature real military vehicles, as the Osprey is exclusively used by armed forces.
