Note: From 1936 to 1964, all proofs were struck in Philadelphia (not San Francisco). These wheat proofs were cut out of the proof sets and are still maintained in their original cello wrapper (wrappers may have a dark yellow tint). Excellent book fillers or grading specimens. PF67 is $40, while PF69RD are $325.
