This is a 1997 Topps Mickey Mantle Commemorative Reprints Finest card. It is a reprint of Mantle's 1959 Sporting News All-Star Selection card. This card is graded by CGC and has been given a 6 (EX/NM) grade. The only reason I can see for the 6 grade is that the top-to-bottom centering is off.
