Item is brand new but has minor issues. There is a little ding on the top edge in the middle as pictured. Otherwise it is in like new condition. Measures 18" long by 13" wide. Please see ALL photos and/or scans for item condition! This item came out of a storage unit I purchased at auction therefore I do NOT know its history and if stated it is AS-IS.
