Squiggles is 13 and loosing weight and Little Tortie is 10 and has diarrhea. 3 months ago, the apt manager thought I was feeding strays. I wasn’t but an upstairs neighbor was. They gave me notices and then threatened me with a law firm. I had to rehome quickly some rescues that I got fixed
