This is a boutique brand, so it is brand new, however it does not have tags. I purchased this brand new for our own daughter but we didn't end up wearing it. I originally planned to do cute christmas photos or wear it to a family gathering This is a 2 piece set, the skirt (overall style) is a thick material and covered in a very bright purple fur (think Grinch) and embroidered style jack skellington faces on the front ... The shirt is long sleeve with matching furry cuffs The tag says 2t but it definitely could fit a 3t too because these run big, or maybe even a 4t if you pair it with tights OPEN TO OFFERS !!! THIS RETAILS MUCH HIGHER WHEN PURCHASED AT A BOUTIQUE, BUT OUR LOSS IS SOMEONE ELSES GAIN 💜
