This piece still contains its original ground glass lens set in a thin metal frame, topped with a hand formed twisted loop typical of late 1800s craftsmanship. These lenses were part of early diagnostic kits and are now collected as antique medical tools, oddities, and unique display pieces. Also perfect for conversion into a statement pendant. Condition Shows age appropriate patina and light surface wear to both metal and glass. No cracks. Structurally sound.
