Enough wraps to do one manicure and one pedicure. These wraps require heat to adhere to the nail. You can use either the Jamberry heater or simply your hair dryer. Application is very simple. Push back your cuticles and file your nail if needed. wipe your nail with rubbing alcohol to remove any thing that may make the wraps not stick, Choose the wrap that fits your size nail and using tweezers to hold them up against the heat source until it's slightly curls, then apply to your nail and use cuticle stick to get the corners firmly, then use your finger or thumb and press down until the wrap is firmly adhered to your nail.
