This 70s/80s Victor Costa taffeta gown includes a cute belt around the waist that can be tied however you like, and a matching wrap. This dress is strapless with a two tier pleated ruffle bust and a corset style bodice that zips up the back. The taffeta fabric is beautiful and it almost shifts in the light with its purple/ dusty rose color. The skirt is softly pleated that gives it a fluffier fuller look and bit of a flare at the waist, and ends in the same pleated ruffling from the bust, around the hem of the skirt.
