Edwin M. Knowles fine-china collector plate titled “A Mother's Welcome” by Norman Rockwell, dated 1986 and measuring about 8.5 inches across. This is the fourth issue in Rockwell’s “American Dream” series and was produced for a limited 150 firing days. Back is fully marked with Bradex 84-R70-7.4 and plate no. 664; the image originates from Rockwell’s 1951 painting. No chips or cracks noted. Original box is included but no COA.
