Manufacturer: Carl Art, Inc. Period: Mid-20th century, likely 1940s to 1950s Material: Crafted from sterling silver, often rhodium plated, and feature both round-cut and baguette rhinestones. Measurements - Measurements included in photos, approx. 1.79X1.21" Weight - 8.32 grams Stone Color - Clear and blue Signed / Marked / Stamped - 'CA' with a horizontal arrow through them, and "STERLING".
