If your location or the destination of your order experiences temperatures below 38°F, we recommend adding a heat pack to help your plants arrive healthy and protected from cold damage. We will activate the heat pack just before shipping to ensure your plants stay warm during transit. These packs provide a gentle, consistent warmth, so they will not overheat or harm your plants even if the weather turns out milder than expected. For larger orders or if daytime temperatures in your area remain below 35°F, we suggest adding more than one heat pack for the best protection.
