Vintage Partially Silvered Large Lambis Scorpion Spider Conch Shell This is a spider conch shell (genus Lambis or Harpago), which is a type of large sea snail shell in the family Strombidae. This item has been "silvered" but does not test positive for real silver. Sold by Twos Company as a decorative piece. Measurements 7.5 in long and 5.5 in wide and 2 in tall. Weighs approximately 8 oz. Lovely beach decor.
