Custom hand decorated hats using mostly vintage jewelry! $100 (non-refundable) to start and must be paid before hat will be made. $100 will go toward pmt of the hat s long as all other requirements are met. The $100 pays for hat, one ribbon band, 3 feathers and one piece of jewelry, anything above that will be extra. There are many things to consider and i will have a questionnaire for you upon purchase of a custom hat.
