Approximate Size: 12" You can apply to any clothing or fabric including Polyester and Cotton. Directions: Cover with Teflon Sheet or Parchment paper first. Apply with Heat Press or Home Iron. Heat Press at 320 - 350° for 15 Seconds then cold peel. Then cover with parchment paper and heat press for 15 more seconds.
