size small/medium, Bust: 34"-36", fabric has a little give to it but not stretchy, one of the cute one alone or over another top, it was white but I dyed it using black dye, it does have a ribbon tight detail at the bottom at laces around, you can easily change the ribbon out to whatever color or decorative one you want to add to it, Excellent condition, NO CANCELLATIONS
