Grading Submission & Processing Fee- (PSA) Phishy TCG does not guarantee grades of 10 but will put forth our best informed decision on a cards gradeability. Ultimately the decision is yours, we will give a chance to examine the card on stream and point out any concerns we may have. This fee covers the initial submission. Additional fees may be required if cards exceed specific values. You will be contacted and presented the information for any upcharges and Phishy TCG may retain submissions until additional fees are covered.
