Civil war error $2 1862-1864 Salisbury , Maryland Obsolete Currency. This is a rare high grade premium paper quality (PPQ) red $2 obsolete note. The red over print was used as a counterfeit measure during the war PCGS Population: 2 , only 1 in higher grade. This piece is absolutely beautiful and still has the protective film on the holder.
