This is one of 3 items that survived a fire in my mother's neighbors cottage a couple of years ago. She had a few boxes stored in her neighbor's basement as my mom didn't have a basement in her cottage next door and the entire house burnt down leaving this and 2 other items from the basement deemed salvagable! Other than the minor damage on the back other book (seen in last photo) id say its in pretty good condition. All 36 players are present and cards themselves are in mint condition. I hope some collector can snatch this up and appreciate it. Make me an offer!
