This card was pulled by me in 2005 from a pack of Fleer National Pastime. In that year Fleet did a buy back of a complete 80 card 1959 Ted Williams Card set that was in near mint or better condition, they had Ted Williams sign the set and then fleer inserted them into packs along with this certificate.
