Product Details
The skirt was damaged beyond saving, but the ruffle is pretty good! A few small holes on the ruffles, but very useable from the black trim and down the ruffle. Lots of tiny pleats go into the ruffling. It measures approx 100” long x 9” wide from black trim down.
