Needs a good cleaning. I did wipe it down but due to the intricacy of this piece, I didn’t do a thorough cleaning. There is minor paint loss, though this does not take away from the beauty of this piece. Please view the video and see how well it spins. It is not electronic, must be hand spun. No chips, cracks or repairs.
