Vintage 2000 Hallmark Teddy Bear NWT!! It’s New with its original tag. This is the “Teddy Mittens Bear” dressed in its winter attire. It features a green coat, a red and white checkered scarf, and a matching hat. It’s approximately 12-13 inches tall. There are some minor flaws in the jacket but overall in great condition.
