This is my favorite recipe that I have developed over the years in the kitchens. Champagne vinegar based with garlic, shallots, salt&pepper, basil, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and honey. Great balance of sweet to savory. Can also be used as a marinade on fish or chicken
