This is a pink and white cased art glass vase with a ruffled rim, likely from the Victorian era. NOT Fenton. Possibly Mt Washington, but I don’t know for sure It features a satin finish, giving it a soft, matte appearance. The vase is made of cased glass, which involves layering different colors of glass. The ruffled or crimped rim is a characteristic feature of many Victorian-era. Similar items are sometimes referred to as "peach blow"
