I would give this hair dryer 5 stars except for the lousy handle. The buttons are in a terrible spot that it makes the handle very uncomfortable to hold in either hand. It's also hard to get a good drip on the handle without pressing the buttons and changing the settings. Babyliss, you need to move the buttons higher or lower on the handle so it's easier to hold! Aside from that, this dryer is wonderful. It takes less time to dry my hair and it looks so much better than when I've used any other dryer (including more expensive models). The motor is stronger than other dryers and it blows out so much air. Where have you been all my life? I am Asian and have coarse, thick hair. My hair feels much smoother after using this dryer. I never thought a hair dryer could change my life, but this has!
