Sauce drop alert!!!! Datil Do It is Florida gunna Florida. Lol. We utilized the indigenous pepper to St Augustine Florida, the first city in America, the Datil. It has a flavor unlike any pepper on earth. A very sweet earthiness and then a hot follow through. To compliment that I then went with what reminds us of Florida; oranges, limes, palm trees and mace hahahahaha. This has a mix of Datils and yellow super hots as the base. I followed that up with whole oranges, caramelized onions, candied carrots, whole hearts of palm for an umami Bomb, guava for the tropical feel, mace for protection lol, and pan toasted black pepper that’s then finished with tons of roasted garlic for a full, rounded flavor profile, that hits every taste point in your mouth. White and unfiltered apple cider vinegar are mixed for the blend.
