There are some surface scratches and tarnish to the metal. No missing stones noted. Not signed but a very stunning Italian design. In good vintage condition. Would make a great addition for a collector. Metal is a brass tone. About a size 9 as is but could be made bigger. There may be some mild wear including: light scratches, mild tone loss and tarnish noted due to age. Items are not cleaned prior to pictures/ selling. Underlying metal is unknown.
