The Air Jordan 4 Lightning 2021 is a modern re-issue of the desirable colorway of Michael Jordans fourth signature shoe that was originally released in August 2006. Without question one of the most sought-after non-original Air Jordan shoes ever, the first Lightning was released in hyper-limited quantities exclusively on Jumpman23. com (the former Jordan Brand website) alongside a "reverse" black and yellow Thunder Jordan 4, together creating the Thunder & Lightning pack. The Lightning was accompanied by an Air Jordan Flight T-shirt and the Thunder was paired with a varsity jacket. In 2012, Jordan Brand brought back the Thunder, but curiously decided against releasing the Lightning. 15 years after its debut, the Lightning returned in near true-to-original fashion.
