From a smoke free home, he is in pretty good condition, very floppy so he leans a bit but has been like that as long as I can remember so I believe it was the way they were made. There is one area on his hand I have shown in the pictures that you can see the wire inside that helps him keep his form, no hole or damage, just the way it is for helping to keep its shape. See pictures for the best description. About 19 inches high and the base is 7 inches wide by 5 inches deep.
