CAESAR SET by Forum Novelties, includes black wig and Roman wreath headband. Adult - one size. Made in China 2009. These are New Old Stock, unused in original packaging from about 2009-2016. Packaging may have storage wear. We assumed costumes are complete and correct as described on the package, as we did not open packages. Most of our products come from estate sales and liquidations where conditions are unknown. They are then stored in a smoke-free, but pet-friendly environment.
