United States Military Payment Certificate (MPC) with a denomination of Twenty-Five Cents, issued under Series 661, used during the Vietnam War era (1966–1969). The obverse features a finely engraved allegorical female portrait framed in ornate scrollwork, paired with bold denomination markings and layered guilloché patterns. The reverse displays intricate geometric starburst designs with prominent “TWENTY FIVE CENTS” text and the official usage warning: “For use only in United States military establishments by United States authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.”
