This is a commemorative Kennedy half dollar issued by the mint in commemoration of an operation during the Vietnam war. Although it doesn’t show well in the photo, the coin is actively toning with gold tones on the outer edge. I am unable to read the date through the colorization. It is in mint, uncirculated grade.
