Antique hand-painted Nippon porcelain double handled bowl, produced in Japan for export to the United States between 1891 and 1921, when “Nippon” was the official export mark before it changed to “Japan.” Marked “Hand Painted RC Nippon” on the underside. Features delicate fruit and floral cartouches framed by intricate raised gilt beading and gold detailing, with gold-washed handles and a central gilt medallion. Measures approximately 7.5 inches across. Light wear on gild handles A beautifully preserved early 20th century decorative serving or bon bon bowl with true antique character. Gilding remains vibrant with light, age-appropriate wear.
