This decorative bottle was crafted in the Empoli region of Italy, a famous glass-making center. This specific style is a Mid-Century Modern (MCM) collectible, popular during the 1950s - 1960s. It features a ribbed or "corset" body design with a distinctive geometric faceted stopper. Known as a "teeny" or "mini" genie bottle, it measures approx 6.5 inches tall including the stopper.
