This circa 1890 heirloom is in great condition and has the original smoke lid and copper details, including what seems to look like a dragon. The chain to be placed at any length. That I can see it doesn't look like the acid-etched indicia with the name of the manufacturer, Val St. Lambert, also reads "Best Crystal Glass" and "Made in Belgium" is anywhere on it. So does that maybe make it more rare 🤔 Originally made for a candle, and still is, casting a beautiful colored light.
