These are vintage Santa Anita Ware salt and pepper shakers in the Shell Ginger pattern, part of their "Flowers of Hawaii" line. They were produced around 1949. The design features a hand-painted ginger flower motif with green leaves and red and white flowers. The shakers are round with small handles. Santa Anita Ware items were often made of fully vitrified, lead-safe china.
