This is a vintage Norman Rockwell collector's plate titled "Die Walk am Rhein" (Walk on the Rhine). It is part of the "Rockwell On Tour" series, which features illustrations from hand-colored postcards Rockwell sent during his 1927 European tour. The plate was produced by Newell Pottery Co. It is a limited edition plate, often numbered and sometimes accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The plate has a diameter of approximately 7.5 to 8 inches.
