From Dusk Till Dawn is a 1996 horror-crime film about the Gecko brothers, two criminal outlaws on the run from the law who take a family hostage to help them cross the Mexican border. After arriving at a seedy Mexican bar called the Titty Twister, they discover the bar's staff and clientele are actually vampires. The initial hour of the film plays out as a gritty crime thriller, but it abruptly transitions into a supernatural vampire horror film where the criminals and their hostages must fight for survival until dawn.
