Late 2000’s boutique fashion. Could be used as a shirt or shirt dress (I wore it as a dress back then). Vintage inspired, romantic soft goth, prairie victorian, cottagecore-meets-Victorian styles. High Victorian ruffle neckline, ruffled button placket, fitted waist with slight gathering, long sleeve with slight puff at shoulder, bow print across entire garment. 65% polyester, 35% rayon. Soft drapery fabric and wrinkle resistant. Has two long ties that are attached at the sides and pull around to the back to tie as a bow. Size M but feels between S and M. Fair condition.
