This is a vintage Citizen "Bullhead" automatic flyback chronograph watch, also known as the "Tsunochrono". It features the 23 jewels. The watch has a distinctive "bullhead" design, with pushers located at the top of the case at 12 o'clock. It features a blue sunburst dial with black sub-dials and orange accents on the hands.
