This is a 1:25 incentive variant still sealed in the uncirculated softslab. It is entirely possible and even likely that this is 1 of only a small handfull of these produced at all in a softslab, or possibly even the only one. Sales of middle issues like this for uncirculated issues often total in the 40-50 total uncirculated issues sold. For a 1:25, that could very possibly mean there were only 1 or 2 uncirculated copies of this created at all ever. This issue is uncirculated and sealed in a softslab by the distributor - never read and never handled by passers-by at a comic shop while on the shelf. These are obtained directly from the distributor and stored in a locked graded-comic-sized case to prevent sunlight or other elements touching it.
