The mark "J.S.V. Germany" is associated with Johann Seltmann, prominent German porcelain manufacturer founded in 1917 in Weiden, Bavaria. I'm not sure that this is the saucer that goes with the cup, it doesn't have a mark on it, but that is how I bought it. 8.7 ounces. (Curio estimates value between $20-$40)
