Unit Powers on with no issues, all lights are functional. Tested as far as turning it on and running thru its simple system check but unit may need to be calibrated or have another issue I can't diagnose  as I lack the proper equipment. Unit will ship with NO power cable (its a simple 3 prong power cable easy purchase) Selling unit as is.
